drop the pleats

one of my favorite pieces recently has been this polka dot skirt: simply because the dropped pleats are one part retro and one part feminine! i also am obsessed with this dress from kate spade also flaunting the dropped pleat trend. with the modern twist of mixing prints, it easily brings this skirt into the 21st century.
