well we made it though another week of this madness. this week i made tons of progress on the redecorating of my bedroom here in michigan. the removable wallpaper went up and next week we paint! i am still planning on heading back to new york in the next few days so i will just have to be surprised with the final result on my next visit! i’m still waiting for the frame, vase, nightstands, and bed so hopefully those don’t take too much longer. i hope everyone is still doing well!
Read Morelast week, i was completely blown away by all of the support you all gave me regarding my mobile wallpapers i featured on my stories of some of my prints. so many of you saved, shared, screenshot, and posted about my work and it just made me cry of happiness! i was so excited to be able to share my work in that way so everyone could add a little color and sunshine to their screens.
and because of all this love, i decided i needed to continue to spread it! there are so many talented artists and creators that i follow (many of who have their own shops too!) who are such an inspiration not only to me but to their followers as well. some accounts are big and some are small but each one of these artists have a unique voice and aesthetic that speaks to me in some way. i hope you all enjoy these accounts!

Read Moreit’s round 2 for doing a redesign with shannon (i first had her do my apartment in nyc!); and this time, it’s my bedroom at my parents house!
to give a little backstory of my parent’s house at the moment, they had a house fire two years ago and as a result they had to move out of the house that i lived most of my adolescent life in and into the house they are currently in. all of the furniture i had in my bedroom at the “fire house” was gone so they placed miscellaneous and mismatched furniture that was salvaged into the guest bedrooms for when my brother and/or i visit.
a few weeks ago it was becoming clear that the shutdown was going to be significantly longer than expected so i wanted to take this time to give my bedroom a little refresh. i reached out to shannon and she threw together a perfect design board in just days!
